Section 8
Arrangements related to the examination of translation
: As mentioned in clause (f) of section 7, when conducting the examination of the translated document, the following shall be done:-
(a) Before uploading the documents translated by the Commission to the website of the Commission, the translation shall be tested by an expert in translation.
(b) For the purpose of testing according to clause (a), the commission will prepare a list of experts who are willing to work as examiners related to translation.
(c) According to section 1, the translated document submitted by the translator may be given to any of the experts listed under section (b) for testing.
(d) It shall be the responsibility of the expert to correct the errors and mistakes seen in the translation that he has received, along with the necessary suggestions for improvement.
(e) The Commission will give the translated documents received with the expert's suggestion to the translator again and the translator will have to correct and submit it to the previous translator according to the expert's suggestion. The translated document submitted in that way will be submitted to the expert again and permission will be given for publication (upload) on the website only after finalization and approval by the expert.
(f) During the work related to the translation test, the expert regarding the test shall provide the translator and the commission with any special suggestion that the expert has in relation to the translator. It will be his duty to provide such suggestions.
(g) On the suggestion of the examiner, the commission may consider removing the translator from the list who makes excessive mistakes in the translation.
